My professional scientific activities and research relate predominantly to applications for biotechnology - particularly for biomaterials/ climate biotech, natural pesticides, and drug discovery applications. 

I have worked with over 200 different species of organisms, filed 30 patents, and published in multiple peer-reviewed journals on subjects ranging from pharmacology to entomology. 

I specialise in managing multi-disciplinary projects and establishing strategic partnerships between industry and academia, particularly involving startups.
